Exhibition details

So we have been chatting about the exhibition again..

We have decided that all of our group will invite approx. 4 people each, plus all the lecture staff and their plus ones etc so we are thinking maybe 100 people for opening night which isn't too bad.

We will be having the exhibition in the art department and through the LRC in Inverness College which is actually a great venue to hold it so that should be great and we are looking to hold it the week beginning 8th May which should give plenty of time to get everything prepared and all work finished (hopefully!)

We have been in contact with the catering department and just waiting to hear back from them about them catering us for the open night..

Other things we need to think about getting hold of are glass cabinets, tables, and white display boards but I don't think we should have any issues getting this stuff for the exhibition :)
